IT Support Analyst

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our client's Workplace Technology team based in Auckland.

You'll be a visible technology presence within the business, providing hands-on support to colleagues and ensuring they have a seamless technology experience every day.

Working onsite as part of a supportive team, you'll be responsible for resolving a broad range of IT and workplace technology issues while delivering a high standard of customer service across the organisation.

What you'll do

• Provide IT support across devices, applications, and workplace technologies
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, mobile devices, peripherals, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues
• Support collaboration tools, meeting rooms, and video conferencing technologies
• Provision devices and support onboarding for new starters
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as a trusted technology contact
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve requests efficiently
• Maintain device asset management processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and user experience

What you'll bring

• Experience in IT support, desktop support, or end-user computing environments
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS, Microsoft 365, and workplace technologies
• Familiarity with meeting room and collaboration technologies
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of ITIL service management principles

Desirable

• Experience in a large enterprise or regulated environment
• Exposure to identity and access management processes
• Experience with modern workplace and device management technologies

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology or a related field
• Microsoft, End User Computing, or IT Service Management certifications are advantageous
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
