IT Support Analyst

Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing end-user support while managing day-to-day IT operations, asset management, and vendor coordination. 

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to Windows, Office 365, network connectivity, and collaboration tools.

• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, including account and device setup.

• Support meeting room AV equipment and video conferencing solutions.

• Manage IT assets, inventory records, hardware deployment, and equipment lifecycle.

• Coordinate with regional IT teams and external vendors on technical issues and projects.

• Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with company IT policies.

• Act as the main point of contact for all local IT support matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on deskside / IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with IT asset and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently in a standalone IT support role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in an MNC environment is preferred.
