IT Support Analyst

Experience: 3-6 years

Required Skills:

• Proven work experience in the Help Desk, executing a variety of requests
• Hands on experience with help desk and remote desktop software
• Solid technical background, including network and firewall experience and laptop setup, Troubleshoot, deployment and disposal
• Work to enhance the process of laptop deployment and control
• Ability to communicate/resolve issues to a non-technical audience
• Experience in office365/o365 admin, Exchange experience will be added advantage
• Use department ticketing system to manage issues, document steps taken, and notify user when the issue is resolved.
• Proven project management/leadership experience and the ability to execute against a plan a plus and who can continually drive process efficiencies
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Team management skills
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
