NTT DATA is currently looking for an IT Support Analyst (f/m/d) onsite in Sierre for our growing team in Switzerland.

Overview

The IT Support Analyst (f/m/d) - onsite in Sierre is responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. They serve as company liaison with our customer on administrative and technical matters. This role combines good level technical skills with an emphasis on the delivery of a high level of customer service. This customer-facing role will interact with, and take direction from Field Tech Services leadership and the customer to provide first class customer support and technical troubleshooting expertise.

Role responsibilities

• Review, troubleshoot and approve operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
• Install, maintain and optimise desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Perform maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by advising the customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
• Instruct users in the operation and maintenance of the system.

Key Skills

• Deep knowledge of imaging and troubleshooting Windows Desktops/Laptops, primarily Windows 10 and Office 365
• Experience troubleshooting Windows in an Enterprise environment is a must.
• Understanding of PC Reimaging processes and procedures, and experience with annual refresh programs.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong professional, interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
• Must be fluent in French English, both spoken and written
• Willing to work On Call.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system preferred.
• Experience with SCCM Imaging and MDT preferred.
