Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT assets, hardware, software, and user access via Microsoft Entra ID.
- Support ISO 27001 and TISAX compliance and certification activities.
- Provide daily technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, networks, CCTV, operating systems, Outlook, business applications and other IT-related issues.
- Support IT requirements for new business projects and initiatives.
Skills & Knowledge
- Networking: Routing, switching, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless access points.
- Information Security: ISO 27001 and TISAX knowledge.
- Infrastructure: CCTV and fingerprint/access control systems.
- Microsoft Entra ID and user access management.
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
