IT Support & Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide IT support to employees; receive, track, troubleshoot, and resolve requests through the IT ticketing system.
2. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, and company software.
3. Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs; diagnose connectivity issues.
4. Support servers, virtual machines, and storage systems used by SAP Business One, WMS, and AESLA applications.
5. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
6. Perform and verify backups, conduct restore tests, and maintain records in line with company plans.
7. Monitor system health, identify root causes of incidents, and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
8. Support system updates, vulnerability management, and security controls for endpoints and IT infrastructure.
9. Coordinate with vendors, development teams, and internal departments to resolve issues and deliver IT projects.
10. Maintain accurate IT asset records, network diagrams, user guides, and system configuration documentation.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3. At least 3 years of experience in IT support and organizational IT infrastructure, such as networks, servers, and Microsoft 365.
4. Working knowledge of Windows, endpoint support, TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
5. Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills.
6. Responsible, collaborative, and able to coordinate effectively with external service providers.
7. Able to read technical documentation in English.
8. Preferred: Experience with FortiGate, Linux, SAP Business One, or PowerShell; ability to direct AI tools to assist with troubleshooting, script creation, or documentation while verifying outputs before use.
