IT Support and Network Administrator

Working Days: Mon-Friday

Timings: 8pm-5am

Job Location: Main Shahra e Faisal

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ISPs, including connectivity troubleshooting, configuration, and technical escalations.

• Configure and maintain MikroTik and TP-Link routers, including routing, firewall rules, and internet failover.

• Support VICIdial, VoIP systems, SIP connectivity, and softphones.

• Manage CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and user access.

• Maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and backup/secondary AD DS servers.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues for end users.

• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, device configurations, and backups.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with networking and IT support.

• Working knowledge of MikroTik, TP-Link, VoIP, and Windows environments.

• Familiarity with VICIdial, Active Directory, and CCTV/DVR systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Networking

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
