What they need
We are looking for an IT Support & Network Technician to provide technical support and maintain IT systems at our head office and construction site offices.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Networking, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network cabling.
- Experience troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, internet, and software issues.
- Knowledge of Windows installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic experience in server maintenance and network administration.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with biometric attendance machines and attendance systems.
- Ability to provide IT support across multiple office and construction site locations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and willing to travel between company locations as required.
