Candidate Requirements

• 4–10+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on the position - Strong hands-on experience with the relevant technologies and role - Advanced English – speaking and writing is mandatory - Minimum Baccalaureate / high-school qualification - Relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree where required by the specific position - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Candidates with Banking / Financial Services / FinTech experience are encouraged to apply where applicable

Salary Gross monthly salary is based on relevant experience and role: - 4–6 years: RON 12,300 – 15,800 gross/month - 6–10 years: RON 15,200 – 20,000 gross/month
