IT Support/ Applications Support

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, Windows operating systems, printers, network connectivity, Microsoft 365, and other IT-related issue.

Take ownership of IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely investigation, effective communication, proper escalation, and resolution in accordance with service expectations.

Support user lifecycle management, including onboarding/offboarding, user account administration, AD management, PC deployment, endpoint configuration, software installation, and hardware replacement.

Administer, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, backup systems, network devices, and core IT services.

Perform routine system administration activities, including patch management, software deployment, preventive maintenance, backup verification, system monitoring, and health checks.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues, schedule maintenance activities, and ensure service quality meets agreed service levels.

Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, software licensing records, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.

Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and operational procedures while contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Participate in infrastructure implementation, technology refresh, and IT improvement projects as assigned.

Provide after-hours, weekend, or on-call support when required by business operations and perform other duties assigned by management.
