IT Support Assistant / Banking Officer (5 days work week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk and technical support for users.
• Responsible for IT routine jobs and reports.
• Ad-hoc duties/project as assigned.
• Coordinate with IT vendors on maintenance.

Requirement:

• Any degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline or experience in IT field.
• Practical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: MSSQL, Windows administration, Network Architecture and Equipment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Fluency in Putonghua preferred).
• Good IT Professional banking experience is highly preferred.
• Detail-minded, energetic, positive attitude, team player.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
