IT Support Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and responsible IT Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support to users and assist in maintaining the company’s IT systems, hardware, and software.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide first-level IT support to users for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving computers, printers, network connectivity, and other IT equipment.

· Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals.

· Assist users with email, password resets, system access, and other basic IT support matters.

· Perform routine checks and maintenance of IT equipment.

· Maintain proper records of IT assets, equipment, and support activities.

· Escalate more complex technical issues to Senior IT Operation Manager

· Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least an ITE Nitec qualification in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

· Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

· Good customer service mindset and ability to provide support to users professionally.
