Designation: IT Helpdesk

Requirement: Immediate joiner

Location: WNS Vikhroli West

Shifts: Rotational shifts

Transport facility provided within boundary

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage clients, contacts, opportunities, and STAs in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with NDMs and stakeholders for service surveys, implementation, and delivery.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, permits, and telecom service documentation.
• Track work progress, manage escalations, and ensure timely customer go-live.
• Process monthly, quarterly, annual, and one-off invoices.
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and close opportunities upon completion.
• Resolve customer billing disputes and service-related queries.
• Generate monthly variance, funnel, and exception reports.
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Network and Voice technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, and Salesforce/Service Management tools.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and proactive work approach.

Experience

• 1-3years of experience in BPO, IT Sales Support, Service Management, or related field.
• Experience in IT Networking, Telecom, or Sales Operations preferred.
• Exposure to service management processes and tools is an advantage.
