IT Support Associate

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician/Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical assistance to our users. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, assist with user account administration, and ensure that workstations and peripherals are running smoothly. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for desktop and portable computers.
• Assist users via email, IM, remote desktop, or on-site support.
• Monitor, analyze, and document incoming tickets and support requests.
• Maintain and update user accounts, hardware, and software inventory.
• Maintain standard workstation configurations for efficient support.
• Guide end users on software, hardware, and peripheral device operations.
• Mentor junior support staff and assist with escalation procedures.
• Ensure timely resolution of helpdesk tickets and follow agreed service levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PC workstations, operating systems, and network fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Setup & Schedule:

• Occasional on-site work at our Alabang office for equipment setup (usually once a week or as needed).
• Dayshift schedule with rotations depending on business needs.
