IT Support Associate

The Role

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and equipment within large-scale logistics and operations facilities.

• Provide technical support for network-related requests and resolve complex issues across multiple systems.

• Support both on-site and remote users to ensure seamless operational continuity.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members while contributing to continuous process improvement.

• Travel within a regional area to provide hands-on technical support across various facility locations.

What You'll Need

• At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, and bending.
