Light Layer Technology Sdn Bhd is looking for a full-time IT Support (Data Center) to join our team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As part of our technical team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Internet Data Center (IDC) infrastructure and helping to maintain stable and reliable IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and attend to technical issues involving GPU servers, CPU servers, network equipment and network connections according to operational requirements.
• Monitor and manage daily work orders, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Arrange and coordinate on-site servicing, troubleshooting and repair work with external vendors and network equipment providers.
• Attend to technical incidents promptly and follow up on each case until the issue has been properly resolved.
• Assist with daily data center operations and ensure assigned technical tasks are carried out smoothly.

Requirements

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Candidates with Diploma or Degree qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline are welcome.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage assigned tasks independently.
• Willing to learn new technical skills and work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working on rotational shifts, when required.
• Interested in data center operations, IT infrastructure and technical support.
• Relevant certifications or training in IT support, networking or data center operations will be an added advantage.
