IT Support

1. Provide technical IT support for the operational needs of stores, warehouses, and offices.

2. Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, printers, mobile phones, and other IT-related devices.

3. Handle troubleshooting and repair of Point-of-Sale (POS) and cashier equipment in the event of technical issues or damage.

4. Support IT requirements for new store openings, including equipment preparation, installation, configuration, and ensuring all devices are fully operational.

5. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of IT equipment and systems supporting store operations.

6. Manage procurement (PO) requirements for IT equipment and assets, including PCs, laptops, printers, mobile phones, POS/cashier equipment, and other IT-related supplies.

7. Coordinate with vendors regarding procurement, repairs, warranty claims, and IT equipment maintenance.

8. Maintain accurate records and monitor IT assets, including their condition, location, usage, and repair history.

9. Provide technical support and effective solutions for IT-related issues reported by users at stores and offices.

10. Ensure all IT equipment required for store operations is available, properly maintained, and functioning effectively.

11. Prepare reports related to IT activities, maintenance, equipment damage, procurement, and IT asset utilization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an IT Support, IT Technician, IT Store Support, or in a similar position.

• Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting, particularly for PCs, laptops, printers, mobile phones, and POS/cashier systems.

• Good knowledge of IT equipment installation and configuration, as well as basic networking.

• Familiar with basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Address, and network troubleshooting.

• Experience handling IT maintenance and troubleshooting across multiple stores, branches, or locations is a plus.

• Good understanding of IT asset management and monitoring.

• Familiar with IT procurement processes and able to coordinate effectively with vendors.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willing to travel or visit stores and operational locations when required.

• Able to work in a dynamic environment and respond to IT issues based on operational priorities.

• Able to communicate in English.

• Willing to be placed in Karawang (Temporary).
