Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as IT Support or in a similar position.
- Good understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, router, and network troubleshooting.
- Able to install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Familiar with CCTV systems and basic network configuration.
- Able to troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, email, browsers, and common business applications.
- Basic understanding of data security, backup, and user access management.
- Able to handle multiple IT issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to provide IT support across multiple company locations when required.
