IT Support

About the role

This role involves managing employee account lifecycles, administering user access and permissions across multiple platforms, and providing IT support and systems administration. You will configure devices, maintain security policies, manage software subscriptions, and support business tools and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee account lifecycles (Onboarding/Offboarding), assign user roles/permissions, and enforce password & 2FA security policies
• Administer users, shared drives, aliases, groups, and troubleshoot email delivery or file-sharing issues
• Provide user administration and first-level support for Odoo, Bitrix24, and Respond.io; escalate advanced issues to external vendors
• Configure devices via MDM platform, maintain hardware asset inventory, and support basic branch Wi-Fi/network infrastructure
• Enforce security policies, verify backups, and maintain software subscriptions, renewals, and vendor contacts
• Administer user access for Meta Business Manager, LINE OA, GA4, GTM, and assist with website-to-CRM lead integrations

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Practical experience administering Google Workspace and MDM platforms
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Experience with Odoo or Bitrix24 is preferred)
• Basic understanding of IT security, Wi-Fi networks, hardware, and endpoint protection
• Good written and spoken English; Thai language proficiency is required
• Highly organized, service-minded, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential company data
