Objective of the Position:

Assist for daily supporting tasks include O365/SharePoint/Teams/One drive. Enhance the productivity of support Team. Assist ad hoc tasks in IT services. Assist in collecting e-Form requirements and implementation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1st level support for in-house staff.
• Managing web-based applications includes operation task and problem solving.
• Provide end-user support in a timely manner.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and offboarding support for employees.
• Perform PC Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Document Maintenance and Revision

What You Have:

• Diploma in computer information technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in support role is preferred.
• Self-motivation with quick response times.
• Be a good team player and able to learn.
• Proven ability to communicate in Chinese and English.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior role.
• Experience in PC/LAN support. Knowledge of MS Office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge in EDR/XDR.
• Experience with ManageEngine products will be considered an asset.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
