About the role

An IT support role focused on deploying appropriate IT solutions to solve or troubleshoot technical problems, maintaining company systems, and providing technical support to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy appropriate IT solutions to solve or troubleshoot
• Identify technical problems
• Troubleshoot networks and computer peripherals
• Install and maintain printers, laptops, and desktop computers
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
• Conduct daily check-up and maintenance of company/employee emails
• Provide immediate technical support to employees for both hardware and software
• Help code or develop new software and applications for the company if necessary
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
• Keep inventory of IT company properties

About you

• College graduate of any related course (Bachelor of Science in IT, Computer Science, etc.)
• Corporate experience as an IT professional for at least 1 year
• Computer literate with knowledge of how to operate PC and how it works
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
• Analytical and critical skills to identify tech issues
• Good organization, time management and prioritization
• Trustworthy and responsible
• Basic knowledge in Photoshop or any editing software
• Any additional certificates will be an advantage
