About the role

Plan and control IT operations in accordance with company policies and budget. Manage network systems, information systems, servers, computer equipment, and software to ensure they are ready for use. Administer data, backup and recovery, and set secure data access permissions. Monitor and resolve IT system issues, provide consultation and training to employees. Procure, install, upgrade, and maintain computer equipment and software within budget. Oversee information system security including Firewall and Antivirus. Set targets, monitor, evaluate team performance, provide training, and develop the team. Perform duties in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, relevant laws, and other assigned tasks.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in IT work
• At least 5 years of experience in team management and development
• Knowledge of network systems, information systems, and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
• Skills in Hardware, Software, Windows Server, IIS, SQL, LAN/WAN, Internet, Mail System, Firewall, and Antivirus
• Skills in planning, problem-solving, risk management, cost control, and performance management
• Communication, coordination, consultation, and team development skills
• Service-minded attitude and attention to detail
