Job Description:

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system issues.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, network, internet, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and IT devices.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic system settings.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s network and IT infrastructure.
• Assist with data backup, security, and system updates.
• Maintain proper records of IT equipment and software.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for technical issues when required.
• Provide basic guidance and training to staff on IT systems and software.
• Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience in IT support is an advantage.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office, networking, printers, and basic IT hardware.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
