What they need
Responsibilities：
- Provide support to system upgrades (PC and Windows upgrade), installing PCs, relocation and office tools.
- Event, meeting and conference support – AV system support
- Respond to customer requests via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer hardware and software problem
- Account creation and termination
- Update of IT inventory
- Provide remote support for the system and devices.
- Knowledge in Excel application would be an advantage (e.g. Vlookup)
