About the role
IT Support role responsible for providing technical assistance and maintaining IT infrastructure including computers, printers, networks, software, servers, and CCTV systems.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshooting computers, printers, networks, software, servers, and CCTV
- Performing data backups
- Technical problem solving
- Database management and understanding of database administration fundamentals
- Maintenance and repair of hardware devices including computers, printers, and network equipment
- User support
- Network management
- Data security and understanding of basic networking principles including TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and cybersecurity fundamentals
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 education in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience as IT Support
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Ability to troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, software, servers, and CCTV
- Ability to perform data backups
- Ability to work individually and in teams
- Disciplined, communicative, quick, and responsible
- Multitasking capability and ability to meet deadlines
- Willing to be assigned outside the city
