IT SUPPORT

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join PT Multi Prima Resources in North Jakarta. You will provide technical support to our employees, maintain IT systems and infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is based in our Jakarta office and will also provide remote IT support to our Singapore team when required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide first-line IT support via email, phone, and in person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, and IT equipment
• Manage helpdesk tickets and document issues and resolutions
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, equipment, and security
• Support software/system rollouts and new employee setup
• Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex technical issues when required
• Provide IT support and coordination for the Singapore team from Jakarta

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role within a professional environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and helpdesk management software
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with networking concepts and basic network troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Customer service orientation with patience and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Associate, or equivalent qualifications are preferred
• Experience with enterprise software and systems is a plus
• Knowledge of MySQL and database management is preferred
• Familiarity with JSON and basic data structures/API concepts is a plus
• Experience or familiarity with OpenClaw AI is a plus
• Experience or familiarity with Codex AI and AI-assisted development tools is a plus

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday & Singapore Public Holidays: Off
