IT Support

1. Assist the IT Administrator in day-to-day operations at the museum.
2. Act as the first responder for IT support.
3. Report to the IT Administrator on any issues that arise in his absence.
4. Serve as a backup to the IT Administrator.
5. Ensure that computer systems are running smoothly.
6. Check and monitor systems regularly.
7. Keep an inventory of tools and hardware in good working condition.
8. Maintain records of activities and repair work to reduce downtime.
9. Interact with users to understand and address their technical issues.
10. Stay updated on new technologies and regulations related to computer and network systems.
11. Assist in IT budget management by creating cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or related filed
2. Minimum 1 year related experience
3. Good communication skills
4. Able to work in team
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office
6. Well-versed in software and hardware network
