About the role
IT Support role providing installation, configuration, and repair of IT devices and systems.
Location : Bandung, Cirebon, Purworejo, Yogyakarta, Surakarta, Jember, Madiun, Malang, Surabaya, Banyuwangi, Palembang
Key responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and repair of IT devices
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide customer and end-user support services
- Work on shift basis and undertake official travel when required
About you
- Minimum SMK/D3 qualification in Computer Engineering and Networks or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT device installation, configuration, and repair
- Understanding of installation processes, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Customer/end-user service orientation with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Willing to work shifts and undertake mobile duties when required
