Qualifications

• Has a basic knowledge or in-depth experience in VB.Net.
• Has a basic knowledge or in-depth experience in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Has a basic knowledge or in-depth experience working with database management systems (experience in MySQL is an advantage).
• Have the flexibility to travel for on-location project implementations and customer support.
• Applicants must pass both the written and practical exams to qualify.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer focus by maintaining professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Provide after-hours support, if required.
• Has the attributes of being accountable, a collaborative team player, and a skilled communicator.

Job Description

• Provide first-level support to customer 24/7 via helpdesk, email, chat, and in-person walk-ups.
• Handle customer inquiries in a prompt and precise manner.
• Keep track of service requests and fault calls received from customers.
• Responsible for the installation and implementation of TripodLink software products.
• Perform regular maintenance on the servers and workstations of customers.
• Implement program updates.
• In charge of maintaining IT product documentation.
