IT Support

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Support new employee onboarding, including user accounts, email, computers, software, and IT equipment.

• Provide daily support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other common applications.

• Perform basic Active Directory user account administration and troubleshooting.

• Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, and gateway-related issues.

• Maintain IT asset records and inventory.

• Coordinate with Server, Network, and other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

• Provide other IT support and related activities as required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or a related role.

• Basic hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows PCs and laptops.

• Basic knowledge and experience with Active Directory.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and common Windows applications.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP address, DNS, gateway, LAN, and Wi-Fi.

• Experience installing and configuring printers and other IT peripherals.

• Basic experience in IT asset management.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to troubleshoot common IT issues independently and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and IT systems.
