IT Support

General Responsibilities: -

• Provide First/Second-line technical support internal staff, troubleshooting Hardware, Software, Network and Operating System issues (Windows)
• Set up, configure, maintain and deploy end-user equipment (Laptops, PCs, Printers, Peripherals)
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights across systems (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
• Log, prioritize, and manage support tickets via the IT Helpdesk system to ensure issues are resolved
• Maintain basic network infrastructure, ensuring stability for local LAN, Wi-Fi, Routers and Switches
• Maintain IT asset inventories, Software Licenses and documentation (IT Maintenance logs, etc.)

Qualifications: -

• Vocational Certificate or High Vocational Certificate in Computer Science, IT or related fields
• Good command of English

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and cloud productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP,DHCP,DNS,VPN/LAN/WAN)
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, or basic Cybersecurity best practices is a strong plus

Soft Skills:

• Strong service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities under fast-paced environments
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Experience Required:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support roles
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong passion for IT are welcome to apply
