IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, VPN, internet connectivity, email, Microsoft applications, and company systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, servers, storage, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Manage VPN connections, user accounts, email accounts, system access permissions, backups, security updates, and IT security controls.
• Provide application support for accounting and sales software, ensuring system issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor server performance and data synchronization, and generate and analyze data using MSSQL queries and management reports.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors, support system upgrades and IT projects, maintain IT documentation, and provide guidance to staff on system usage and IT best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in IT/application support, SQL database administration, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, LAN/WAN networking, internet troubleshooting, and VPN solutions.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other IT equipment.
• Familiar with data backup, recovery, IT security, cybersecurity practices, and accounting or sales software systems.
