What they need
IT Support Staff – Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Support/IT Helpdesk is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.
- Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office/365, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
- Able to perform hardware/software troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiar with IT asset management, inventory, and documentation.
- Able to provide technical support to users and respond to IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
