IT Support

Job Responsibilities / 工作職責:

• Provide daily IT technical support and system troubleshooting for internal staff and client sites (including setup of hardware, network devices, and software). 提供日常 IT 技術支援及系統故障排除（包括硬件、網絡設備及軟件之安裝與配置）。
• Perform on-site support and field work to assist in client deployment and physical equipment installation as required. 負責外勤至客戶地點進行現場裝設、維護及技術支援（需配合基礎實體搬運與操作）。
• Assist end-users with technical enquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct basic user training. 處理用戶之資訊科技查詢，解答系統操作問題，並提供基本使用者培訓。
• Utilize internal systems to record support logs, track issue resolution, and perform remote maintenance tasks. 使用內部系統記錄查詢日誌、追蹤問題處理進度並執行遠端維護任務。
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain system stability. 與團隊成員緊密合作，共同維護系統穩定運作並支援日常營運項目。

Job Requirements / 職位要求:

• Form 6 / HKDSE or above, with 1+ years of practical IT support experience. 中六 / 香港中學文憑或以上學歷，具 1 年或以上 IT 技術支援經驗。
• Solid basic computer knowledge, familiarity with network setup, and comfortable navigating both Android and iOS platforms. 具備良好電腦基礎知識，懂網絡設置，熟悉 Android 及 iOS 介面操作。
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent team spirit, self-motivated, and reliable in task execution. 具高度責任感與團隊合作精神，工作主動積極，能有條理地完成交辦事項。
• Willing to conduct field visits and handle physical setup tasks at client premises. 願意接受外勤工作及配合現場實體設備裝設。
• Good command of Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin; proficient in Chinese typing. 良好粵語，一般英語及普通話；懂中文輸入法及基本中英文讀寫。
