IT Support

XTL MARINE LLC is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support / IT Administrator to join our team in Al Barsha, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting employees with technical issues, and ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT systems.

This role is ideal for an IT professional who is hands-on, solution-oriented, and confident in managing both daily IT support and server/network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Windows Server administration
• Active Directory (AD) administration
• User creation, permissions and access management
• DNS / DHCP management and troubleshooting
• LAN/WAN and network troubleshooting
• Router, switch, Wi-Fi and firewall support
• Server backup, recovery, monitoring and maintenance
• Microsoft 365 / Outlook support
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Printer, scanner and peripheral support
• Antivirus and basic cybersecurity
• IT asset management
• Remote and on-site technical support
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Support / IT Administration
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of networking, DNS, DHCP, routers and firewalls
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide technical support to users
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant IT qualification/certification is an advantage
