Job Overview
Solid Rock Music Institute is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support / System Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, and provide technical support to staff. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), including user accounts, permissions, and access.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and network connectivity.
• Manage and support routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
• Perform server backup, recovery, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Maintain antivirus protection and basic cybersecurity measures.
• Maintain and update IT asset records and inventory.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees.
• Ensure IT systems remain secure, stable, and operational.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.
