Tasks: An IT Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the company's technology systems.

Main Duties

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and software systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff promptly.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT security protocols.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability.
• Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain and update the company website and internal systems.
• Provide technical support and training to employees.
• Manage IT inventory, including equipment and software licenses.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are up to date and followed.
• Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and purchases.
• Document technical processes and maintain system records.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
