What they need
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma in any field.
- No work experience required. Training will be provided.
- Required Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge, network, file sharing
Responsibilities
- Software Installation. (Includes Accounting & POS System, Drivers, any required components)
- Software(Accounting & POS System) support for call-in customers (At Office)
- Provide Software(Accounting & POS System) training to customers (On-site)
- Teach set up new products detail, pricing etc.
- Teach transaction entries for Accounting & POS System.
- Configure initial settings for Accounting & POS System.
- Customize report format. (Includes barcode printer , receipt printer, standard printer formats.)
- Network configuration. (Includes LAN, Remote, Port Forwarding etc.)
- Troubleshoot software & hardware issues.
Working Hour
- Monday-Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
