- ให้การสนับสนุนเทคนิคแก่ผู้ใช้บริการผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น อีเมล โทรศัพท์ และระบบ Ticketing
- แก้ไขปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ เครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์พยาบาลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ IT
- บำรุงรักษาและติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ ไดร์เวอร์ และแพตช์ตามกำหนดเวลา
- ตรวจสอบและรักษาความปลอดภัยข้อมูลผู้ป่วย รวมถึงการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านความเป็นส่วนตัวและการรักษาความปลอดภัย ร่วมมือกับทีม IT เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์
ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Help Desk หรือ IT Support อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเครือข่าย และทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา
มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
