IT SUPPORT

Job Descriptions:

• Received and followed up on IT issue reports from employees, production operators, and warehouse staff.
• Configured Network Device, Computers, Printers, and other production-support devices.
• Resolved technical issues on PCs, laptops, printers, and everyday work applications.
• Ensured internet/LAN/WiFi connections in work areas (office and production floor) functioned normally
• Forwarded more complex issues (e.g., server, ERP, or production network) to IT Support.
• Provided brief guidance to employees on device/application use to reduce recurring errors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Support / Helpdesk / IT Technician (experience in manufacturing environment is a plus).
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware (PC, laptop, printer, barcode scanner) and standard software (Windows OS, MS Office).
• Knowledge of networking (LAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, crimping, access point).
• Familiar with user management, password reset, and ERP system support.
• Possess good communication skills, service-oriented, and able to respond quickly to user complaints.
• Domiciled in Semarang or willing to be placed in Semarang.
