IT Support

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Provide daily IT support for PCs, laptops, printers and other office equipment.

2. Set up and configure new PCs, laptops, software and user accounts.

3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and Internet issues.

4. Monitor and maintain network devices, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and firewalls.

5. Monitor NAS/server health, storage, RAID and backup status.

6. Manage user access, shared folders and basic IT permissions.

7. Perform regular system updates, maintenance and basic security checks.

8. Maintain IT equipment inventory and basic IT documentation.

9. Liaise with vendors and service providers for technical issues when required.

10. Provide timely support to users and escalate major issues when necessary.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

2. 1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure support.

3. Good knowledge of Windows PC troubleshooting and hardware.

4. Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers and switches.

5. Experience with NAS/server monitoring and backups is an advantage.

6. Familiar with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.

7. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

8. Able to work independently and communicate well with users.

9. Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

10. Able to handle multiple support requests and prioritize urgent issues.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
