IT Support

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT professional to support, maintain, and improve our organization’s technology systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping users work efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and peripheral devices
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
• Document IT procedures and maintain system records
• Collaborate with teams to support business technology needs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support or a related role
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and common business software
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Basic networking and CCTV operation
• Good communication and customer service skills
