Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy IT & AI Specialist to manage and develop the company's technology infrastructure, AI solutions, websites, and digital systems. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, website creation, automation, and IT operations, with the ability to independently handle the company's technical needs and implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all IT operations, technical systems, software, and digital tools across the company.
• Research, implement, and integrate AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance business operations.
• Create, develop, and maintain company websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Build websites using suitable website development tools.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to build websites, applications, and customized digital solutions.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated customer communication systems.
• Identify opportunities to use AI for content creation, data analysis, reporting, and business process automation.
• Manage domains, hosting, website security, backups, updates, and technical troubleshooting.
• Integrate websites and digital platforms with CRM systems, APIs, third-party tools, and automation platforms.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support the company's growth.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and efficient management of company technology resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT management, AI implementation, and website development.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation.
• Experience creating and managing websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience with AI development tools, APIs, automation platforms, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud services, hosting, domains, cybersecurity, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple technical responsibilities, and solve problems efficiently.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to research, learn, and implement new technologies.
