Roles and Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on physical and virtual machines.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to networking, VMware, and Linux administration.
- Provide technical support for Windows-based applications and troubleshoot common issues.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Proficiency in installing OSes (Windows/Linux), networking fundamentals, and basic knowledge of VMware virtualization technology.
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software faults.
