• Identify technical solutions and sourcing needs to support business requirements
• Provide second-level support, resolving incidents and gathering the information needed for further analysis
• Ensure reliable delivery of IT services while driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate with application development teams to support effective solutions and knowledge transfer
• Coordinate technical services and IT deployments for physical store projects
• Own IT improvement initiatives, projects and the escalation of complex technical issues to the appropriate specialists

As an ideal fit, you should have

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in IT and end-user support is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Strong ownership and dependability, with good planning and coordination skills
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule and provide standby support when required
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to support new store openings and store renovation projects
