Excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Engineer to join a leading company in IT service management that actively promotes the development and growth of your skillset.

The ideal candidate with have a technical foundation in Windows, Linux & MAC administration, as well as proven quality of service. You will have experience in network troubleshooting and are ITIL Foundation certified. Clear communication is essential, as well as fluency in English and conversational proficiency in Dutch.

The Role:

• Implement scripting/tool-based automation for repetitive tasks (device provisioning, user lifecycle, and software deployment)
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents
• Develop knowledge articles and SOPs
• Ensure all endpoint assets are accurately recorded, managed, maintained, and compliant
• Perform network troubleshooting
• Collaborate with network teams to ensure secure and consistent endpoint connectivity

The Person:

• Technical foundation in Windows, Linux & MAC administration
• Skilled with scripting, deployment tools and APIs
• Experience performing basic network troubleshooting
• ITIL Foundation certified
• Currently taking a Dutch learning course
• Fluent proficiency in English
