Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Consultant to manage and support our day-to-day office IT requirements. The role involves regular office visits along with remote support as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit the office twice a week for a minimum of 2–3 hours for regular IT maintenance and support.
• Provide remote IT support through AnyDesk on other working days whenever required.
• Set up laptops, software and systems for new employees.
• Create and configure official email IDs and set up Outlook for new joiners.
• Manage employee IT onboarding and exit processes, including email access, password changes and disabling access.
• Manage and provide support for Synology Drive and company data access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Wi-Fi, LAN, printers and other office IT issues.
• Provide general technical support and ensure smooth functioning of office IT systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support or System Administration.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, Outlook and email administration.
• Familiarity with AnyDesk and Synology Drive.
• Ability to provide both on-site and remote support.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
