IT Support Coordinator

To cope with our expansion and continuous growth in the transportation and logistics related service, we are inviting talents to join our professional team.

About the Role:

• Handle incoming calls, requests and ticket logging.
• Coordinate ticket assignments, follow-up and escalation.
• Support SOC daily operations, reporting and documentation.
• Provide first-level IT support and escalate complex issues.
• Assist Maintenance Team Leaders with operational and administrative tasks.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

About You:

• DSE / Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year experience in service operation areas; Experience on call Centre or customer service would be advantage
• Hands-on experience SQL or CRM is an advantage
• Sound computer skills and knowledge of MS Office tools
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
