Job Description – IT Support Desk Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, hardware, email, and internet connectivity issues.
• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Handle user accounts, passwords, permissions, and Active Directory.
• Provide technical support for ERP, CRM, HCM, attendance software, and biometric systems.
• Manage Microsoft 365/Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and shared drives.
• Perform software installation, updates, antivirus checks, and data backups.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and hardware records.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT repairs, AMC, and technical issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, support tickets, and ensure data security.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/HCM applications and user access management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, antivirus, and backup systems.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
