- Windows/ Linux troubleshooting
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Basic networking
- Ticketing/ITSM
- Remote support
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Firewall administration – SonicWall/Sophos
- Networking – VLAN, routing, switching, VPN
- Windows/Linux server administration
- Network/server monitoring
Preferred / Added Advantage:
- PowerShell/Python scripting
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge
- AWS/cloud fundamentals
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
